ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation message is sent.
We accept Zelle and Venmo. Cash payments require 50% deposit.
PICK-UP POLICY
Please arrive at your scheduled pick-up time slot. We understand things can happen and we offer a generous grace period.
If you need to adjust your time, let us know 24hr in advance. We’re happy to accommodate when possible.
In the event of no communication or 30+ minute late pickup without notice, a $5 fee will be applied.
Once the cake is picked up, we are not responsible for any damages during transport or handling. However, if the damage is minor and fixable, we’re happy to assist when possible.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Kuum, we are proud to offer a compassionate and flexible cancellation policy. We understand that plans change and life happens!
As long as things are clearly communicated, we do not charge cancellation fees.
We offer:
✔ Full refunds for cancellations made 3+ days before pick-up.
We appreciate timely communication and are happy to refund fully.
✔ Rescheduling assistance:
If something comes up, we will happily help you move your order to another available date.
✘ Same-day cancellations:
Same-day or night before are non-refundable, as all items are baked fresh to order and preparation has already begun.
✘ No-shows with no communication:
Orders with no communication cannot be refunded and may incur a fee, as the product has been made and cannot be resold.
DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION
All cakes are handmade; slight variations may occur and colors may appear different depending on lighting.
We will do our best to follow reference photos, but exact duplication is not guaranteed.
Additional design changes after payment may result in extra charges.
STORAGE & CARE
We do not use preservatives. Please refrigerate as soon as possible.
Please follow the provided storage guides; We do not take responsibility for damages caused by improper storage after pick-up.
ALLERGEN & DIETARY NOTICE
We offer select vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options.
However, our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination may occur.
We are not liable for any allergies, sensitivities, or product concerns after pickup.
Please inquire if you have dietary restrictions so we can guide you to the best option.
PRIVACY & MEDIA
By purchasing from Kuum, you allow us to photograph your cake for marketing and portfolio use.
We will never share private and personal information.
If your cake is too personal let us know, and we will refrain from posting any photos or media out of respect of your privacy.
